Welcome back to another week of Teacher'sコーナー! This week we will tackle the issue of using video games to faciliate communication in English.
First of all, the people involved must have some English learning at some point. More is better. Second of all, the game being played must involve or include teamwork, or noone will be speaking to each other.
Starting simple and working together will help build confidence in not only speaking, but in communication. One game, I recommend is Minecraft. There are so many projects that take time to work on and therefore with friends to play with it will make everything go faster. Also video games that children enjoy may push them to want to learn more in order to communicate with friends.
